The MFW Trends That Everyone will be wearing this A/w

Another fashion week down and one to go…this industry truly never sleeps! We thought that we would round up our favourite trends from the Milan runway shows that we just know will be all over the high street this Autumn/Winter!

A Splash of Yellow...

Whether you love it or lothe it – yellow is making a comeback! Not that I can really remember a time when it was super popular…but all the same it looks like its about to be the colour of the season! From Emilio Pucci to Gucci, it was all over the Milan shows and we think we may just have been converted to loving this daring hue! Whether you’re risking a neon or staying safe with a mustard shade, yellow is definitely hitting the high street for A/W!

Zoology...

Leopard, zebra and snake prints have stayed popular for a number of months now, but it looks like this season we’re not looking for prints and patterns from the wild but for the animals that live there instead! This year’s shows included a whole lot of animal inspired outfits and we love it, the prints and colours are so vibrant and it’s the perfect statement! From Dolce and Gabbana to Stella Jean everyone is embracing their inner animal lover.

The Wild West...

From wild animals to the Wild West, there were heavy western references gracing the catwalk this year. From cowboy boots to studded belts and leather trousers it’s clear we are heading west as winter falls this year!

Lingerie by Day...

This super sexy trend includes bralets, corsets and beautifully delicate negligee inspired designs. These risqué garments are mainly composed of sheer fabric with exposed lingerie style undergarments and we think they're perfect for date night!

Suited and Booted...

The major trend that seems to be on everyone’s mind and is making an appearance on the red carpet already just has to be the suit! Whilst suits are not exactly a new trend, this is about making women's suits sexy and bold instead of boxy, shapeless work wear.

So, that's our AW16 trend forecasting over for now!
